We collect limited user input and usage data solely to improve prediction accuracy. No personal data is sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes. All data is stored securely and used only to enhance the in-app experience.

2. Face Scan Feature & Camera Usage

Our Face Scan feature uses the device camera to detect whether a face is present. This process is performed entirely on-device using Apple-provided computer vision APIs. No facial images, biometric identifiers, feature maps, or derived data are ever stored, saved, or transmitted off-device. Face data is never shared with third parties and is used only to generate a real-time, local prediction about the user's potential hangover. The scan is deleted instantly after the prediction is made — nothing is retained. The feature exists purely for entertainment purposes and should not be treated as health advice.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years or older to download and use this app. We do not condone underage drinking or the use of this app by individuals under the legal drinking age.

Hangover Predictor AI is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to provide medical advice. We do not encourage excessive alcohol consumption, binge drinking, or irresponsible behavior. Hangover Predictor AI and its team are not responsible for any consequences related to alcohol consumption or misuse. Always drink responsibly and within your own limits.

5. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

Users must not post, share, or upload objectionable, offensive, or harmful content. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using this app, you agree that Hangover Predictor AI and its creators are not liable for any health issues, accidents, or legal consequences arising from app usage. You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions related to alcohol consumption.

7. Privacy of Your Data

We do not store, retain, or sell any personal data, including any data from the Face Scan feature. All interactions with the camera and face detection are processed locally on your device. We have no access to your facial image or scan results — it is used only to generate an on-device hangover prediction.

8. Subscription Pricing

Hangover Predictor AI offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription at $2.99/month.

• Billing & Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
• Trial or Promotions: If a promotional offer or trial is provided, it will be clearly stated on the paywall. Any discounted or trial periods will automatically convert to the standard monthly rate unless canceled before the trial ends.
